The training sessions are conducted in groups of up to 5 trainees to encourage group learning (trainees may maintain their anonymity during the training sessions).

Duration and structure
Each training session lasts 3-4 hours, divided to 45 minutes training segments during which the trainees work on specific challenges introduced by the instructor.

Use your own tools
No tech tools are required, as trainees use their own operational tools during the simulation sessions.
